Were new Nvidia 3d drivers just released?

Were new Nvidia 3d drivers just released?

I read about them being released on the Nvidia forum. I am surprised that the news didn't hit here first.

They say 174.74 Vista but I am at work so I can't test anything to see if they include 3d. Are they for real?
