stereo movie player Help.

I am running win7 and ever time i open a left and right image file with stereo movie player, two videos show side by side. when i slide the video between two monitors, the video scrambles and go black whilst the audio plays fine. reloading the video will fix it until i slide the video again and it scrambles or go black.

Do i have to go back to vista or xp? Also running it in compatibility mode xp sp3 does nothing. Nvidia has a stereo movie player and i can slide the video between the two monitors fine but i need to flip the image on the right because i am building a Vizard type of setup. How do i flip the right image only on any player? Do i have to create the video fliped, like say if i use a video editor and put a fliped effect on it?

EDIT:1 Okay i got a clip to show side by side in full screen so that the same movie shows on different monitors "With" a mirror effect BUT. The alignment on my left image is off by a bit. is there a setting to fix the alignment so it matches.
