now i got working:

guildwars
galactic civilisations

games that wont work:
all open gl games (no suprise here)
call of duty 2

any tips on what i can try?

Well here's what I have so far on my 8800gts

Witcher in optimized anaglyph works but is a system hog for some reason. I've probably played a third of the game this way. Seems pretty stable but I have to run on med/low settings on an 8800gts 640 megs with 4 gigs of sytem ram.

Witcher in page flipped with ED activator sort of works. In outdoor areas the screen is glitchy. It wobbles and shakes and looks like right and left eye swtiching (I think not sure) and desyncing. Inside buildings the screen is stable and looks decent. I haven't messed around with page flipped much.

Bioshock works in optimized anaglyph but I don't see a lot of depth. Most video options off but for high textures so I can keep a cleaner image.

Bioshock page flipped with ED activator is buggy like Witcher. I also don't see much depth this way either but it could be settings that need tweeked. I was really surprised when this game went into the double image mode without crashing. Again I haven't changed the open stereo values yet.

Unreal 3 Tourny demo in anaglyph works ok.

Unreal 3 Tourny page flipped not very nice. It crashed and when I did get the game to come up the screen was garbled and trashed.

well, i am just using kind dragons driver because i am running win2k.
so these games won't help that much ^^

any further ideas on older games?

Eh won't help much? I just gave some examples of compatible that I've tried. I didn't know you were looking for older games that worked on W2K. I tested with XP

should have included this in the first post, but i figured that this could also be an general thread about compatibility with certain games.

Oblivion smudges the view into a mess.

HL2 seems to work ok.

Farcry looks good for a while then freezes.

Edit. HL2 crashes intermitantly and during saves and loads.
