6. Counter Strike:Source
7. World of Warcraft

How to install:

Head over to http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads and download the version of Team Speak that is for your Operating system. After it has installed click on Connection and under address put : mtbs3d.com and for the port number 9987 .

Lots more are coming but we need some more ideas. What game channels do you think should be added?

Hi, congratulations on this new feature.
I think it will be a good idea to change the permissions, so when somebody creates a temporary channel, they could change the codec in use and the bitrate (for example the 32 and 48 kHz ones, at quality level up to 10).
Thanks and good luck with this project.

Hmmmm. We can research this. Keep in mind that even though the server software has a lot of flexibility, this could eat a lot of our main server bandwidth as it grows popular.

Regards,
Neil

Hello,

Anyone feeling like killing some Zombies in left 4 Dead ? . If so, I'll be on TeamSpeak tomorrow at 6:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Hope to see you guys there.
My steam name is Recostar, feel free to add me or send a PM.

Also, I was thinking we should definitely get a pod cast. It would be a great way to communicate with each other .

OK, I see. I used TS2 for long time, a while ago, and I actually thought the audio stream didn't pass through the server, instead the data was sent between all users (in P2P manner), like skype (maybe I'm misinformed about that as well? :D). But after some reading now, I see I was wrong :), and it makes sense, after all latency is most important in gaming voice communication.

Anyway, could you please at least experiment with Speex 32kHz codec? At quality level 7 it requires the same bandwidth as the 16kHz codec :) (ok, 0.2 KiB/s more ;)).

Best regards

Hi, is the server still up and running? I couldn't really remember the address, and I tried with both "mtbs3d.com" and "www.mtbs3d.com" (port 9987) but I can't connect. Is the problem at my end?

Don't worry, it's not important (so don't bother), I was just wondering if I'm doing something wrong.
Thanks for the info, Neil.

In January, we are getting a lot of updates done to MTBS - and the server will be fixed up too.

I'm very sorry about this because it should be a reliable service - so we are fixing that.

Regards,
Neil
