I've just installed this and was wondering what you people think about its 2D to 3D conversion? Is it any good? I thought 2D > 3D Conversion had to be done manually by hand?

you dont really see depth with it... but looking at the images themselves like in anaglyph mode, the separation of objects seems to be ok...its just that, at best, things will look like floating paper cutouts...

What do you make of the following screenshot? Is this real depth?

That screenshot looks ok, as does some particular scenes of certain content. However on a whole the auto-conversion barely works and even when it does work its not all that impressive. I thought it was cool the first few days I got to try it out but after the novelty wore off I realized it just doesn't work.

Just tried this myself and was very impressed. Not something to use all the time but it certainly works to a degree.

I was really impressed at first too, but the more I used it, the more I realized what a gimmick it was.
