Is my Profile Here Restricted?: Not authorized to view member list or Profiles

Hi all, I have been gone a long time due to a brain injury that I am still recovering from. Like 3 years gone at least. I wanted to look up bo3b to message him about COH2 fix so i tried looking up the member list to find him. I got this message:

"You are not authorised to view the member list or profiles."

Is my profile limited and what can I do to remove this restriction?
