if i got short-sightedness, how should i know what lenses 2 buy? i see very good with bare eye to A distance of 12 cm (4.7244 inch)

Are you talking about for the Rift?
If so, you will probably need prescription glasses. Just make sure to use smaller/thinner frames so they fit in the headset.

We should seek advice from an eye doctor. They will give us more reasonable advice.
