When testing for certification, I hope that you are also using the StereoTextureEnable tool. I have no idea how many games it works on, but it has gotten positive results on some games that previously did not work in stereo.
Since it is only a simple flag in the registry, I hope that by incorporating it into your certification process that it will someday be integrated into the nVidia Control Panel.
Lord knows why it hasn't already

It is definitely part of our certification process.
One of the criteria we look at is whether or not a game is "Post Processing Utility Compatible".
Some games have managed to earn Platinum status by successfully working with this utility!
