I am sure I got the following information from this forum so thanks to the contributers
<Tweek to Get Stereo Back>
You need to tweak the registry to get the stereo control panel back,
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NvCplApi\Policies]
"ContextUIPolicy"=dword:00000001
"TaskbarUIPolicy"=dword:00000001
"CplGroupUIPolicy"=dword:00000001
"SedonaDisable"=dword:00000000
If there is no SedonaDisable key then don't worry about it.
I have a longer article on my experiments with drivers and settings
-------------------------------------------------------------------
<Tweek to enable Stereo>
Don't use the Customer 3D Stereo drivers with stereo-capable Quadro cards,
it's designed for the GeForce series. After removing the 3dstereo driver
(which means that you're on Microsoft Windows), navigate to the "Performance
and Quality Setting panel, (Display Properties dialog, Settings tab,
Advanced button, Quadro FX tab, Performance & Quality Settings menu), and
change the View from Basic Settings to Advanced Settings. Then in the
Settings scroll box, scroll down to stereo settings and set them
appropriately (e.g., Enable stereo: On, Stereo dislpay mode:
Use on-board
DIN connector), log out and back in, and finally stereo should work.
Why NVidia makes stereo such a pain to setup with the Quadro drivers, I
have no idea, especially since it is one of the major selling points of
the cards.
Good luck,

The FX 1500 does not have a on board Din connecter so just ignore that bit
Set screen res to 640 x480, 32 bit, screen refresh rate 140 hz. before starting DDD Tridef player
Open DDD Tridef Player (Not in full screen)
Setup R3D Controller to page flip and glasses will sync to page flip & Tridef player
Put DDD Tridef player to full screen & Select DVD or File
Now enjoy.. Not a flikker in sight.
There was some files which juddered while being played but I found by disabling the "Write cache" on my HDD`s I solved the judder. Even although a DVD was being played.
