First they force everyone to use 100hz displays for people to get the best possible experience of 3D. Then they start handing out anaglyphs for worst possible experience. Marketing people, go figure

ahahahaha! I remember 3d shutters used to be cheap and nvidia used to bundle (3d party) em with their cards. O well, I guess from a financial standpoint it makes sense- give people a "demo" of the experience and if they want the full product pay more $$$. This news is better than no news, and it can bring many ppl to 3d.

I agree. It's a great way of promoting 3d-gaming and introduce new ones to the technique. I think it's a good, efficient and cheap way of doing it.

Yes, I agree. It's a good way to demonstrate what 3d really is. But some may be turned off by it, I personally can't use anaglyphs for more than 5 minutes.

Lol Yeah! Anaglyph isn't really the ultimate 3d-experience. It's more than decent when it comes to show the effect and some that i know are gaming in anaglyph while waiting for cheaper solutions/wives permissions...

This is awesome news. With free glasses bundled with the cards many more people may be introduced to the wonderful world of stereo 3D. Might get some biters to actually buy the 3D vision bundle. I couldn't help but notice that the glasses look suspiciously like the ones Likay was giving out for free. Now I know where Nvidia is getting their supply, bunch of freeloaders.

The original idea was Freke's and the framedesign as well (Yep, i'm a copycat).
If the nvidiaframes are alike the ones Freke made, then he should at least be awarded since it's used commersially. o.O
