Re: Where to download 3D Content
up,
this was a very good question and I also wish to find some 3D content.
no I'm not asking about piracy links, I think internet is not limited to piracy and it should be possible toask this kind of question to the comunity
is the content of the mtbs gallery illegal? nope
are the few samples on nvidia site illegal? nope
so please, can't we talk about 3d content without reffering to piracy?
ok ok, I'll give you some exemples (can't say that I have many of them)
this 1 is a short video made by a user "itou" from the french forum hardware.fr, it 2 different files, 1 is the left view and the other is the right view so you have to open them both in stereoscopicplayer or whatever you use to read those vids:
left view:
http://zorgzorg31.free.fr/Luigi/temp/bo ... 720p_l.mp4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
right view:
http://zorgzorg31.free.fr/Luigi/temp/bo ... 720p_r.mp4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I think it's great pop-up 3D if you get the right settings in the player.
if you don't like direct links, you can take it from here:
http://forum.hardware.fr/hfr/Hardware/2 ... 3999_1.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
*********************************************
here you can find another short video at various formats:
http://www.ray3d.com/vid_clips.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
here a few, the 1 with the screwdriver is really cool, best 3d pop up effect I have ever seen!
http://www.ray3d.com/vid_samps.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
a few more:
http://www.davidrubio3d.com/view_forum.php?id=62" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
sanctuary demo:
kind of a gpu bench in 3D:
http://unigine.com/download/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
that's not much but it's a start, and it's free and legal...
ps: you can find a few on youtube or google vids, in anaglyph or side by side, I don't know how to view the side by side so maybe you have to download them, that could be illegal, I'm not sure
