How to use controller as a steering wheel?

I'm playing F1 22 with controller. The game so annoying with controller. I don't have a wheel. How can I use my controller as a steering wheel?

We might use the steering wheel as a controller with the x360ce. I want to do the opposite that. I want to simulate the controller as a steering wheel.

As far as I know, this is not possible. Driving wheels have low-level drivers, that is why many games have specific detection of most common wheels and some wheels are not recognized by some games. Still, I am not sure what improvement do you expect from such feature.
