I used to watch 3D movies and play 3D games using my HTPC connected to a 3D-capable TV. I used 3D Fix Manager, with no additional hardware. I recently upgraded my TV to a non-3D TV (Sony 85-X95K).
The TV is able to do 120Hz but does not support 3D.
Is there any way to get Nvidia 3D Vision working on a modern TV? I just bought a set of Nvidia 3D Vision Kit to play/test but can't get it to work. What seems strange to me is that Nvidia 3D Vision Kit supports any 100Hz+ CRT display, so why can't it support a 120Hz LCD display?
I have a large collection of 3D movies (Bluray ISOs and SBS videos etc) and I'm really desperate to be able to watch them.
Nvidia 3D Vision with modern 120Hz TV?

Re: Nvidia 3D Vision with modern 120Hz TV?
Unfortunately, there isn't a straightforward solution to enable Nvidia 3D Vision on a non-3D TV, as it requires specific hardware support for the technology. The compatibility with CRT displays at 100Hz+ is due to the different underlying technology and the way Nvidia 3D Vision works with them.
