i'm on win 10 (1909), 452.06MaestroRoedor wrote: ↑Sun Jul 10, 2022 1:59 am what nvidia driver and version of windows are you using? and how did you edited the dx3d.ini
what do u mean by "edited the dx3d.ini" ?
geo11 corrupts the fix itself, after installing geo11 it doesn't matter whether i run the game with force_stereo 2, force_stereo 1 or original force_stereo 0
i need to reinstall the fix completely in order cursor to appear again

;------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
; Settings used by the external 3DMigoto Loader
;------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Loader]
; Target process to load into. You can optionally include part of the directory
; structure in case the game's executable name is generic.
target = \bin\EoCApp.exe
; This tells the loader where to find 3DMigoto. This DLL must be located
; in the same directory as 3DMigoto Loader.exe and will be loaded in the target
; process under the same name. If d3d11.dll doesn't work try 3dmigoto.dll
module = d3d11.dll
; Uncomment to always elevate the loader to support games that run as admin.
; This will display a UAC prompt so only enable it if you actually need it.
;require_admin = true
; Automatically launch the game from the loader. If you put the executable name
; here than the loader will need to be located in the game directory. You can
; use the full path, but that is not recommended to ship any fixes with since
; it will vary on a user's system. If the game is on Steam you can use the
; steam browser protocol to launch it, optionally passing it any command line
; arguments you need (unfortunately Steam pops a dialog to confirm command line
; parameters, which tends to end up behind other windows):
launch = EoCApp.exe
;launch = steam://run/838380/
;launch = steam://run/237850//-window-mode exclusive/

Re: geo-11 Divinity Original Sin 2 working dx11 direct
the name of the game.exe is EoCApp in the game folder. so
1) you gotta edit target: the name folder where the EoCApp.exe is located and then\ the name of the game.exe which is EoCApp just copy and paste and uncomment
2)module = d3d11.dll just uncomment this line is already there
3)aunch = EoCApp.exe just copy and paste the name of the game.exe and uncomment, remember to uncomment by removing the ; from the beginning of the line so it will be activated or else the loader wont recognize it when you open it.
and dont foget to edit force stereo= 2 in the same d3dx.ini file
for d3dxm just leave it on default which is
; direct_mode: choose stereo output option based on hardware
; nvidia_dx9
; nvidia_dx11
; tab
; tab_reversed
; sbs
; sbs_reversed
; interlaced
; interlaced_reversed
direct_mode = nvidia_dx11

Re: geo-11 Divinity Original Sin 2 working dx11 direct
I know its an old thread but like the OP says its working pretty good, the only issue i have is that the Main character Portrait is just black the others are good, and in the character screen where you can equip/detach equipment the characters textures are not right, they are shiny/glowing.
Its not Gamebraking but would be nice to know if those problems can be fixed.
PS: But one thing is that i think first time i tried DOS2 some month ago the portrait was good, but than i started a new game and this happend. Maybe its just a Game Bug....i have to try the "Mirror" character change thing....but im still not there.
