TXAA with Geo-11

Short Question.
AC Back Flag and GTA5 both using txaa. And in both cases the 3D gets broken when i try use it.
Is there some way to get it to work, or do i have to play with the old implemenations of Fxaa/msaa that both wasnt the best at that time.
