Introduction
The original Deus Ex was released in 2000, and earned critical acclaim for combining first person shooters and role playing character growth. Named the "Best PC Game of All Time" in PC Gamer's Top 100 PC games, it frequently ranked high in "game of the year" candidates. Deus-Ex: Invisible War was also successful, but didn't get as much critical acclaim as the original.
Eight years later, Eidos Montreal is taking another stab at the Deus-Ex franchise with Deus-Ex: Human Revolution. Continuing the tradition of mixing role-play and FPS action, Human Revolution is also boasting native stereoscopic 3D support. Has Eidos successfully upped the ante?

Re: Deus-Ex Human Revolution Review
This is a bust. Those screenshots are pancake flat and look worse even the atrocity that was Crysis 2. Why can't they get this right. It takes all of five minutes to put on 3D glasses and test any number of games with any of the 3D driver and use that as reference. Its like these people never saw 3D before and thought they knew what to do.

Re: Deus-Ex Human Revolution Review
Developer most likely won't test the 3D, because when your developing the glasses are a pain.
There was probably one developer who wrote the Stereo code and he likely stopped working on it before it shipped.
The testers are likely not "trained" to know what it is supposed to look like.
My experience with off the street testers (what most games companies do) is that if it isn't totally FUBAR'd it doesn't get reported.
Short version if it isn'r considered an important feature, it'll get dropped on the floor.
