SIGGRAPH Update, iZ3D News

This is a reminder for everyone to make a point to go to SIGGRAPH[/b] in New Orleans this year. MTBS is pleased to be moderating a special S-3D gaming forum[/b] featuring Electronic Arts, Blitz Games Studios, and Crytek. MTBS will also be part of a panel talking about stereoscopic 3D standards in the home[/b] alongside Sony and RealD.

Bob Whitehill, Stereoscopic Supervisor for Pixar Animation Studios, will talk about the use of S-3D as a storytelling tool in movies. Of course, there will be a wide range of S-3D cinema screenings too.

This event should not be missed!

Finally, if it seems like a slow news week, it is only because the MTBS team is working to meet some deadlines and get some new services in place. We will be able to fill you in later. For now, iZ3D has reported that they will be releasing 1.10RC2 drivers soon, and we look forward to sharing more when we can.
