Would this be possible?

(i own a oculus and touch)

so i have this vr treadmill the rovr and when you move on it, it triggers the W key to go forward what is great for minecraft vr

but i would love to use this for games like skyrim vr or fallout 4 vr so is it possible to make it when the W key is triggered it acts like the rifts analog stick is going up for moving forward?

and if so how would one go about doing this?

its difficult to find a solution without the VR

if i understand : you would act on joystick automatically like the W key?

if its so, you have to use Vjoy and you have to bind your joy axis command to vjoy

so in game you have to declare vjoy as main joystick

and you can make the vjoy act like the rift joystick going forward or the forward button for steam vr? as FreePIE has oculus rift support so i could trick for the w key to go forward in say fallout vr

could we use the hydra drivers to map the w key to the to what ever would be forward im guessing it would also be the analog stick?
