Where do you get screens for DIY HMDs?

Every store near me is selling empty HMD shells where one is supposed to place their cell phone and use VR apps for Android. But what if I wanted to use one of those shells with a small screen that I connect to my PC? Has anyone done that? But most of all, if the answer is yes... where did you get the screen?

I may have found a screen. http://www.topfoison.com/2k%20HMD%20display.html It's 6 inches, which means it fits this shell which is the most common in the stores in my area.
Has anyone here ordered from that company (Topfoison)? What's the product quality like? Do the screens come with a manual for the connections?
