Confused about how this works with Dk2

I have a DK2 here and Vireio 3.0.1 with win 10 x64 pro every time I launch a game nothing happens it is as if the rift is nonexistent, all prerequisites are installed and everything is up to date, drivers included, running in direct mode as well, what am I doing wrong : ( ?
