I make a test program that supports YouTube3D movie watching.
This program could reduces steps compared with the method that I introduced in above post.

This program was build with Microsoft Visual C++ Express Edition. So Microsoft .NET Frmework would require.
There is no warranty for the program or parts of it, you use it at your own risk!
This test program requires next two programs. Install these first.
UScreenCapture

Very simple screen caputre program.
Stereoscopic Player

Unregisterd Trial version of Stereoscopic Player has 5mins time restriction. But most YouTube moives might be no problem about this matter.
Usage of test program:
This is main window.
Upper four digits are information of the Capture Area.
- Two left digits are position of upper-left corner.
- Two right digits are width and height.
"ADJUST"
- It enters the Capture Area specification.
"Set USC"
- It applies the specification of Capture Area to UScreenCapture.
"LOAD","SAVE"
- These have not functioned yet.
"Set SVP"
- It applies the specification of Capture Area to Stereo Movie Player. However, this doesn't function completely.
"QUIT"
- Quit test program.
Click "ADJUST", then appears Red Rectangle. This rectangle means Capture Area. Click "ADJUST" again, then clear Red Rectangle.
Drag rectangle, then move Capture Area.
Drag Upper-Left or Bottom-Right, then resize Capture Area.
It can fine adjustment with 'A','S','D' and cursor key.
Like this.
When finish the Capture Area adjustment, Click "Set USC". Then Capture Area is set to UScreenCapture.
How to watch UScreenCapture's Capture Area with Stereoscopic Player:
Click Stereoscopic Player's Shortcut Icon that included in Zip archive.
Half aspect anaglyph
- for use in 50% compressed side-by-side clips with anaglyph
Std aspect anaglyph
- for use in standard side-by-side clips with anaglyph
Half aspect interlaced
- for use in 50% compressed side-by-side clips with interlaced
Std aspect interlaced
- for use in standard side-by-side clips with interlaced
Then you will be able to watch YouTube3D movie in Stereoscopic Player.

When you are in "ADJUST" mode,
+ Right-click will enable you operation under Red Rectangle. Click "ADJUST" then retrun to "ADJUST" mode.
+ Push 'C' key then Selected Red Rectangle will copy to Clipboard. It is very convenience.
Caution:
Direct input to numerical input field is not implemented yet.
Clipping when cursor key moving is not implemented yet.

But if I understood right, if uses only 1 youtube video. Isn't that a little bad for the quality? I mean youtube is already bad for 1 stream (mono)!
Or does your program support multiple files for better quality - like the widescreen youtube player (which never worked for me).

Use StereoScopic Player's LR switch.
