Hey guys!
I havent posted much here but i have been following the development of Oculus Rift and similiar projects for well over a year now and I really want to get my hands om an HMD.
I was fortunate to be able to borrow a DK1 and was blown away by all the possiblities it promised but the resolution of it made med wait for the CV1.
Im not actually that big of a gamer though and would probobly mostly use it for movies and i fell in love with the VR Cinema straight away but sadly the resolution part made it impossible (for me) to get a good enough experience. In your opinion would the DK2 be good enough for the VR Cinema or should I wait for the CV1?
Is DK2 good enough for a good VR Cinema experience?

DK2 will be OK for DVD 480p content, CV1 will show fine 720p videos, but we have to wait a CV2/CV3 4K panel to fully exploit FullHD 1080p resolution over a virtual cinema screen that takes only a fraction of the total FOV and resolution of the rift
