I was playing DIRT2 yesterday with tridef and opentrack.
I already run my rift overclocked at 71Hz which only seems like a small step up from 60hz...BUT
it is 18 percent increase after all, very noticeable and a good tip imo.
Either way...what really added to the realism was lowering the gamma coefficient to 0.6 or 0.7 (in game setting...i should look into doing it on a higher level for every piece of software maybe).
I was shocked by how much everything looks soo much better and for brief periods looks real.
The nicest track was the Malaysian jungle track were instead of being a sort of sunny day the lowered gamma curve transformed it into more of a
-it's about to rain- sort of day, but with so much more naturalness.
Hard to explain...my contrast btw was at 80 percent i believe and the brightness at 30 or something like that.
ENJOY

What did you use to overclock the Rift?

I found that just removing the 60hz and only leaving the 71 or higher you decide to go for is the easiest sure fire way to get things to work.
