Hmmm, what could be bigger announcement than a new NVIDIA beta driver? (Assuming the "new game servers announcement" is not it.)
A non-beta driver?
A NVIDIA VISTA driver?
An ATI driver? From the FAQ, "However, it has been hinted in the media that drivers are being developed for AMD/ATI branded graphics cards, and we have reason to believe that stereoscopic solutions will be available for both major graphics card manufacturers in the near future." That would be MAJOR indeed, but ATI just announced the X2000 series and there was no hint of it.
How about a low-cost breakthrough display solution that could speed up widespread stereoscopic adoption?
Waiting for the news ...
speculating on the next big announcement

Okay this has really got my interest too.
could be:
ATI 3d Drivers.
Non Hardware specific drivers.
New 3d Hardware with thier own fully working drivers.
New driver from Nivdia that is a 3d driver only.
I seem to be going driver mad here.
If it's good for the 3d community then I am really excited because we could do with some good news.
