OceanRift - So Immersive I felt genuine danger

I'm new to posting around here, hello! I got my Rift just over a week or so ago, and I have to say, it is incredible. I originally felt a bit sad by the resolution, but you soon forget about that with the immersion and 3D effects, and I love it! One of my favourite Demo's so far is OceanRift, it just seems to get it so right. With good headphones, it seriously brings everything together. I went into the demo not knowing anything about it, because I feel that is the best way, But wow, I was in for a huge fright, and I was shaking for about 10 minutes after the initial attack. I hope to see plenty of fantastic demo's around here and across the net!

I had a similar moment with Slenderman 8 pages. I knew what the game was like but when he suddenly appeared in my face in 3D I pretty much ripped my earphones and Rift off - it was seriously unnerving to be so scared. The immersion really cranks things up
