We see the grim future, and yet here we are supporting the company that's going to bring it about!
I find it a bit ironic how agent Smith described people rejecting the original utopian Matrix, to how most of the Rift gamers also don't want to be in a virtual reality setting that is all sunshine in butterflies. No, gamers want to play in a zombie/alien/nuclear apocalypse.

That's great.
I do have to wonder sometimes if we are inadvertently creating the Matrix. Could be cool on one hand, but then scary in the other.

Krenzo, try typing "No One Murdered Because Of This Image" into your favorite search engine.
Cyber, not offended, but you said in another thread that religous discusion is not allowed, then posted an image that makes people want to discuss religon. I think you have to ban yourself now. (Would it even be possible for an admin to ban themself?)

@bobv5: I think the rules state that religious discussion is not allowed. I don't think it explicitly bans parody images.
Plus, someone already posted the last supper pic and there didn't seem to be much problem.

As a Pastafarian, I must disagree with that assertion.quietboy wrote:there are things in this world that we should not play around with. religion is one of them.

Argh! You heretic! Don't you know that's actually the evil Purple Oyster of Doom! As a worshipper of the Invisible Pink Unicorn (all praises be unto her), I must protest your sinful image, and replace it with one of the glorious Invisible Pink Unicorn wearing an Oculus Rift. Behold my awesome photoshopping skills:

These newfangled religions think they can come and just take over from the one true religion of the Invisible Pink Unicorn. Our goddess was known about for 15 years before people invented your silly hokkien noodle monster. And since your religion believes in Intelligent Falling, how do you explain how the accelerometers in the Rift work then?

Now, now, there is no call for antagonism here, we are both members of enlightened religions. As a peace offering I have made a pic for you of your deity.

Haha, it's been a hobby of mine for years, never part of my profession though... Back in the day I did lots of shops in a Halo forum which kind of started it all, that was... a decade ago. $#&%, time, stop moving.

Re: Photoshop Challenge
hard to pick a favorite. Lots of good ones, some great laughs. Palmer with a pair of what looks a bit like Detonic Scoremasters (you yung'uns wouldn't know where all this comes from), is fun, then Kim Il crusing NK, getting his 'reality', is quite cutting. Then Sad Keanu coming back to the 'real world' is right up there as well.
I mean, they're all good.
