Spiders 3D Blu-ray

Post by museumsteve »

Just received this..and will probably watch it Friday night :)
Looks typical 'B' movie stuff but if it's half as entertaining as Eight Legged Freaks but with some decent 3D..I'll be happy.

Well it was fun :)
Acting was pretty poor but the effects were very good most of the time. The spiders were pretty cool and had us wincing every now and then :D
Definitely worth a rent but I don't think I'd keep it in my collection :)

I rented this the other night. This is a 3D conversion. The 3D conversion adds to the enjoyment of the show. This is a grade "B" monster movie. The plot and story are decent. The 3D struggles at times but for the most part it is done well. This is a low budget film, but it's really amazing what creative film makers can make with low budgets in the 3D digital age.

Chief's score card:
Story: 7.75
Acting: 6.5
Special effects: 8.0
Music and Sound: 6.5
3D: 6.50/6.75 (conversion)

Final Score: 7.0

Its a decent rental. But I won't be adding it to the collection.

Peace
Chief
