If it comes to fruition there's a ton of VR/AR implications !

Here is a thought:
Use a system like this to create an ear model for binaural audio.
I suppose anything that can create a 3d model of an object could work. Like a leap.
The main issue with simulating binaural audio is the variance between people's ears, right? Or am I mistaken?
