Magnifying a Tablet Screen

Hello,
I want to buy a tablet PC for daily use, but unfortunately i am not happy with display sizes like 10 inches.
So, i wonder wich optics i need to magnify the screen 2 x.
i know the optic would also magnify my hands , but that doesnt matter,
also its a bit off the topic....
anyone an idea?

A big Fresnel lens.

You could also try some reading glasses so you can hold it closer with further apparent focus.

thanks for the replies.
i havent found a cheap solution on the web, there are some magnifying glasses to be mounted onto the head, but they are way too expensive.
The better solution would be if i mounted the tablet onto the head and thats it.
