creating dual-images for cross-eyeviewing with photoform we need precise instructions.

1. no informations about needed iz3d-driver in version 2. version 1=instruction
2. no informations which installation must be used-directx,opengl qb, full, custom.
3. no information that netframework 2.o is needed.
i installed everything. full installation- nonexisting iz3d-monitor was alarmed.
set to anaglyph. started photoform v2 but error occurred.
i dont need anaglyph but dualimage-output- see lion.
i dont know of any anaglyph to color-duailimage-converter. there was an onlineconverter from university of bremen-germany.now gone.

maybe 3dcombine can do it now. i have a beta.
thanks

The requirements should be the same for version 2 as for version 1.

What is the error message?

There is currently no dual-image side-by-side mode in the iZ3D driver.

For anaglyph to dual image converter, I only know of this alpha release program.

Hi europanorma,

I'm sorry you're having difficulty with the program. Version 2 is the same as version one, except for a couple of bug fixes and some enhancements. It has the same requirements as version 1. Since this is a directx application, it is sufficient to just install the directx portion of the iz3d drivers. The .net framework is always needed, and should be a part of the basic Vista installation. If not, it is easily attainable from Microsoft. Information on what is needed and where to get it is in the other thread you posted in. We can help you with your remaining error if you can give us more information about it.

As far as dual image is concerned: Photoforms is just a directx application. 3D is provided solely through the stereo driver. If you have a 3d driver that outputs directx windowed applications in the format that you like, then that's the one you should use. I use the iz3d driver since it is very good, and works very well ( I use it for anaglyph and for the iz3d monitor ).

I hope this helps,

h-bar
