I am talking about the AMDHD3D offer. I am interested, whether it allows for the use of SBS or is only limited to the AMDHD3D output. Should I buy a full package to use SBS and AMDHD3D whenever I choose?

AMD can do SBS, CB, interlaced, etc. no problem. Not sure if the DDD promo includes all the outputs though. Might be only for HD3D.

I just bought the "Tridef for AMD HD3D" 50% off for 24.99 and it DOES work with other 3d display formats. Even at the Tridef forums they say it does work as a "Retail Product" only that you must have an ati-amd HD3D 5000 or up video card installed as tridef 3d amd hd3d is activated for it on only one amd HD3D video card based computer and is enabled firstly and you may choose to switch 3d outputs after. :D
