I've decided to try out anaglyph 3d. I've got a GeForce 295 on its way home. Should I be looking at red/blue or red/cyan glasses? Where should I buy them? What are the best pair out there?

Filters from Lee are superior for this! HT026 for red and HT141 for blue/cyan.
These kicks most (if not all) anaglyph glasses regarding ghosting. Running iz3d drivers with anaglyph grey option shows no visible ghosting with these filters. However optimized anaglyph is better since you actually get a good hint of colors too.
If you're not able to get a hand on those filters or glasses then pm me your name and address. I'll send you filters or a simple papermade ones with the ht026 and ht141(see note below).

Edit: Lee-filter color (HT)116-Medium Blue-Green for the cyan filter gives even better results than (HT)141. (same ghostingrejection but better perception of colors).

Cheers!

Wow, yeah many different anaglyph glasses give different results, and I can confirm that from years of experience!

Check with a discoshop or a sound and light entrepreneur. They should be able to easily get some. You don't need to get the HT-filters (high temperature) but in these shops only HT's seems to be available.

Now: I get even better results with (HT)026-Red (same) and (HT)116-Medium Blue-Green. Ghostingrejection is the same with this more "greenish" filter but the perception of colors is better.
I still send these to some degree to those who wants them. :)

I'm embarrassed to say that I only started gaming on this PC now... 7 months after I assembled it.

I picked up 2 pairs of glasses. One with some sort of diopter(?) correction, one without. I'm getting a lot of ghosting on near objects.... a LOT of ghosting. Can I optimize my monitor color in some way to reduce/prevent this, or is it all in my head?

I'm hoping someone has put together a sample image/test/app that will help me tune the color better so that it's compatible with the lenses I've got. Any advice?
