yup as Tril said the iz3d beta 2 drivers are your only option at this time. Note that your game will have to run in DriectX and above 60FPS or you will have problems with syncing- iz3d is working on fixing the FPS issue though so hopefully in the future this will be eliminated.
There is nothing wrong with the FPS, and running 'above 60fps' is, obviously, not a solution. You cannot guarantee the eyes will 1) be in the correct order or 2) remain there, you drop a single frame and they have swapped. Also, no-one wants to play 3d at 60hz - you'll end up convulsing on the floor with the biggest headache you've ever had in your life - 85hz is the recommended minimum.
It is looking unlikely iz3d will be able to fix page-flipping any time in the near future, if at all. I am awaiting a new release supporting BLC so will confirm here if the Stereographics StereoEnabler works (which I now have waiting). The stereo enabler will provide an output for any glasses supporting 3-pin VESA stereo standard, so you need to make sure you have this if you are going to utilize this hardware. This will allow page-flipping, but you'll want a powerful card (like a GTX260 or GTX280) which can ideally run any games you want to play over 85fps (which my GTX280 has no problems with at 3072x768 @ full detail on most modern games).
Running in interlaced is also an option obvioulsy, but no-one really wants to do that
